About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who thrives on developing people and driving results through others. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Business Developers responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple markets. Your primary focus will be on guiding your team to achieve their sales goals, ensuring consistent use of sales processes and data management tools, and partnering closely with operations leadership to align regional strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably within the commercial landscape or service-based B2B industry.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to achieve measurable growth goals.
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
  • Effective communicator with excellent presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and lead through influence.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR check.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Developers to achieve and exceed individual and regional sales goals.
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders to create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular field coaching, joint prospecting visits, and one-on-one development sessions with Business Developers.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of the company’s CRM (HubSpot) and sales process standards.
  • Review pipeline and forecast data weekly to monitor progress, identify gaps, and drive accountability.
  • Support team members in developing strategies for key prospects, RFPs, and large or complex opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to identify new opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with marketing and estimating teams to enhance proposal quality, brand consistency, and response times.
  • Report regional performance metrics, wins/losses, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the sales team.
