This is a hunter-focused role responsible for aggressively identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals. A critical component of this role is the ability to work collaboratively and strategically with our Account Management team, ensuring a seamless and successful transition of new clients. The Business Development Managers will be the engine of our growth, opening doors and building the foundation for long-term client relationships.
