Requirements

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
Employment experience managing budgets.
One year of employment experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Employment experience in planning and coordinating facilities management and/or office moves.
Employment experience communicating and providing detailed information, using a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, correspondence, conflict resolution) to a diverse internal and/or external customers and vendors.

Nice To Haves

A minimum one (1) year of employment experience with the State of Florida budget.

Responsibilities

Managing a $6.9 million dollar budget in a seven-county region
Using technology to track, research, and reconcile budget activities
Coordinating with Program Office and Department budget teams
Planning and coordinating facilities management and/or office moves
Communicating and providing detailed information using a variety of methods including reports, presentations, and correspondence to internal and/or external customers and vendors
