About The Position

Citywide Mortgage is expanding across the Southeast and is hiring a Regional Branch Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of mortgage branches. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving performance, developing branch teams, and scaling operations across a growing regional footprint. You won’t be building from scratch — you’ll be stepping into an actively expanding network of branches with leadership support and real momentum.

Requirements

Active MLO License (Required)
5+ years in the mortgage industry with strong production background
Prior experience managing multiple branches or teams
Proven ability to drive volume and improve team performance
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Responsibilities

Oversee performance across ~5 branches in the Southeast region (and growing)
Drive production, efficiency, and accountability across all locations
Monitor branch KPIs, volume, and profitability
Lead and support Branch Managers and their teams
Provide ongoing coaching, structure, and performance management
Help build a strong, scalable leadership bench as the region grows
Play a key role in expanding the regional footprint
Support new branch onboarding and ramp-up
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with mortgage regulations
Standardize processes, improve workflows, and maintain quality control
Act as a strategic bridge between branches and executive leadership
Step in to originate or support deals when necessary
Serve as a subject matter expert for complex scenarios

Base Salary: Starting at $120K
Quarterly Bonuses tied directly to regional branch production volume
As you take on additional branches and the region continues to scale, both base salary and bonus increase, with top performers growing well beyond the initial compensation range.
