About The Position

As a full-time floating Regional Banker/Teller (RRT) at PNC, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions and selling bank products. This role is part of the Regional Resource Team based in Rehoboth, Delaware, supporting multiple branches in PNC's Sussex County Delaware Retail Market. You will focus on enhancing customer experiences, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty while adhering to company policies and managing risks effectively.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
• Engage in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through various interactions, including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions for clients.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products effectively.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to manage risk and avoid loss.
• Complete teller and branch daily operations efficiently and accurately.
