As a Regional Banker-Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Bel Air, Maryland. The role involves managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty, while increasing share of wallet. This includes participating in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities, and collaborating with ecosystem partners. The Regional Banker-Teller drives proactive sales conversations through various interactions, positions PNC solutions, and leverages partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. They create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience, perform lobby engagement, and educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology. The position also requires applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, managing risk through policy adherence, and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations.
