About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
  • Engage in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions and selling bank products.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and drive new revenue.
  • Conduct outbound calling and service to sales interactions to elevate client loyalty.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products effectively.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure efficient branch operations.
