About The Position

For over 20 years, Trellis Services has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life. As a Regional Administrative Manager you'll be responsible for supporting key administrative and compliance process for LEARN’s regional clinical services. You'll work in partnership with other support function, including HR, Training, Clinical Compliance, Clinical Operations and Facilities, to ensure staff is supported and services are delivered in an efficient and compliant manner. RAMs are members of our Regional Clinical Services team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of two years general corporate administrative experience
  • Background in healthcare and/or healthcare compliance
  • Business Acumen
  • Technical Proficiency, including but not limited to MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and maintain thoroughness
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change
  • Positive approach to daily routine
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information to identify and troubleshoot
  • Work independently in order to follow through on assignments with minimal direction, including acting where answers to a problem are not readily available

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format, English is the preferred communication

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical documentation reviews and follow-ups
  • Support staff compliance processes including but not limited to; session conversion, training compliance
  • Support clinical leadership with internal and client communications, as needed
  • Coordinate office supply purchases with learning centers and offices
  • Ensure key internal systems are kept up to date
  • Collaborate with facilities management on office/center maintenance
  • Provide oversight for front office assistants, as needed
  • Act as regional point of contact for corporate administrative departments
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Distribute operation reports and metrics as directed
  • Provide on site administrative assistance as needed
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure hardware is returned and recycled
  • Attend monthly meetings and provide detailed meeting notes
