About The Position

Aspen Standard Wealth is scaling rapidly through acquisition, and we’re hiring a Regional Accounting Manager. The Regional Accounting Manager will play a critical role in scaling the company’s financial infrastructure as we continue to acquire and integrate partner companies. This leader will enjoy a broad range of responsibilities, get to know the business and operations, and implement various technology solutions. This role is based in New York City.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience working within Accounting, with at least 3+ years working on an in-house Accounting team (ideally in a startup environment)
• Must have in-depth experience working with NetSuite
• CPA certification required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day GL processes, monthly close, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, budgets and cash forecasts
• Apply US GAAP expertise in complex Accounting areas, including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, leases and other relevant financial reporting and disclosure requirements
• Serve as a key team member during Netsuite implementation
• Serve as a key finance lead during post-acquisition integration with partner companies, onboarding onto Netsuite, RAMP and other technology solutions
• Act as primary point of contact for external auditors
