About The Position

Whirlwind Clean and Green is growing, and we’re looking for a high-detail, high-ownership Regional Account Specialist to support commercial property maintenance operations within an assigned region. This is not a basic admin role. You’ll be part of a two-person Regional Account Team responsible for ensuring services are scheduled accurately; customers are supported professionally, and billing flows smoothly from job completion to payment. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in billing, AR, scheduling, or operations support
• Strong attention to detail and follow- through
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with scheduling systems or billing portals preferred
• Excel proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial property maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, snow removal, HVAC, or facilities services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial service scheduling
• Track estimates and approvals
• Ensure job documentation is complete
• Support field teams and customer communication
• Prevent service delays through organized follow- through
• Manage customer invoicing and billing cycles
• Submit invoices through customer portals
• Track AR and resolve billing issues
• Support account reconciliation
• Ensure documentation supports clean, timely billing
