About The Position

As a Regional Account Manager with Securitas in Nashville, you will oversee security operations at two client locations, leading teams, building strong client relationships, and shaping how security is delivered day to day. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a law enforcement or military background who wants to move into, or grow within, corporate security leadership. You will have the support of a large, stable company, while still having the autonomy to run your sites, develop your people, and build your own success story. Requirements

  • Prior law enforcement or military experience
  • Leadership experience in security, operations, or a similar field
  • Comfortable leading teams, solving problems, and making decisions
  • Able to build trust with both clients and employees
  • Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as email, systems, and reporting tools
  • Associate degree plus three to five years of leadership experience in security or operations, or six to eight years of directly related experience with increasing responsibility
  • Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

  • Oversee security operations at two client locations
  • Lead teams
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Shape how security is delivered day to day
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client
  • Represent Securitas on-site
  • Manage staffing and scheduling
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure reliable coverage
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your security team so they perform at their best
  • Monitor performance, address issues quickly, and keep service levels high
  • Oversee payroll, billing, and basic financials for your sites
  • Work closely with Securitas leadership to improve processes and support future growth
