This field-based position, the East Director, Rare Hematology and Oncology, Clinical Educator Team, is responsible for managing a team of field-based Clinical Educators to support commercial objectives for Sanofi’s Rare Hematology and Oncology portfolio. The CE Director is expected to possess a high level of clinical and customer knowledge, experience with field and headquarter protocols, and the drive to engage and influence. Responsibilities include hiring, developing, inspiring, motivating, and supporting the East Rare Hematology Oncology CE team. Clinical Educators call on HCPs and patients and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Medical, Sales, TLL, and Advocacy. This role reports to the Lead for the Field for Patient Support Services for the Rare Blood and Oncology Disorders division.
