Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to join our Perrysburg, OH team. This role is a sales leadership position responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers across Northwest Ohio and Southeast region. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and team leadership, preferably within the restoration or service-based industry. The position requires expertise in executing structured sales processes, coaching sales talent, leveraging data and CRM tools, and driving revenue growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale opportunity.
