The operator manages the complete cycle of resin handling, including unloading and reloading onto various mobile equipment types, while also overseeing and monitoring resin regenerations, wastewater treatment processes, and maintaining optimal water levels throughout the facility. Regenerator Operator 2 must be capable of serving as a backup shift lead, demonstrating leadership abilities and comprehensive understanding of all facility processes including dock operations, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
