Job Summary: The Regeneration Operator II is responsible for mobile equipment regeneration and facility-wide water management operations. This role involves chemical handling, resin regeneration, wastewater operations, and facility water balancing. The operator completes the resin handling cycle, including unloading and reloading onto various mobile equipment, and oversees resin regenerations and wastewater treatment while maintaining appropriate water levels throughout the facility. The Regeneration Operator II may serve as a backup shift lead and is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of facility processes such as dock operations, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
