About The Position

Performs maintenance and repairs of industrial refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, water systems, and compressed air systems. Work is performed in hot, cold, and wet environments. Assist in providing a safe and healthy work environment free of all recognizable hazards. Understand and adhere to policies related to safety.

Requirements

• At least 2 years Industrial refrigeration, Boiler systems, HVAC systems, Water Systems, steam and condensation systems, compressed air systems
• Good knowledge of NH3 and Freon systems
• Knowledge of boiler treatment and operation
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Safety-oriented in all operations
• Welding

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC equipment. This involves walking up steps and ladders, working in elevated areas, lifting, and carrying at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain water systems. Must be skilled in repair of water pipes.
• Maintain steam and condensation system.
• Maintain Compressed air systems.
• Maintain industrial refrigeration systems.
• Maintain HVAC System.
• Maintain boiler Systems.
• Accurately complete PSM documentation to assure adherence to PSM Plan. Requires reading and writing skills.
• Must pass fit test and physical evaluation for using SCBA or other protective devices.
