Heavener, OK - Refrigeration Supervisor 2nd Shift

Join us and be part of our success! Bachoco USA is seeking a Refrigeration Supervisor for our Heavener, OK facility. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (2pm - 11:pm) Summary: Oversees maintenance and repairs of ammonia refrigeration systems. Supervises refrigeration employees. Maintains temperature to plant specifications and USDA requirements. Must keep and maintain accurate records for local, state, and federal inspections.
Requirements
- Five years ammonia refrigeration experience and Process Safety Management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of human resource systems and ERP software.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and up keeps all cooling and air handling machinery.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Maintains accurate preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to equipment specifications.
- Trains and supervises employees.
- Consistently maintains critical temperature requirements through-out facilities.
- Enforces safety rules.
- Maintains government regulations regarding ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Maintains Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Must have the ability to drive a vehicle for company business purposes.
- Must submit to and pass a background investigation.
- This is a safety sensitive position.
