Requirements
- 5+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, EMS controls, piping, and electrical circuits
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willingness to travel weekly

- OSHA 30 and EPA 608 Universal certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial refrigeration projects
- Oversee installations in supermarkets, cold storage, and food processing facilities
- Coordinate daily jobsite operations and project schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, EMS controls, and electrical schematics
- Perform and oversee pipefitting, brazing, and equipment installation
- Ensure safety, quality control, and code compliance
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact
