About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility, you will handle inbound calls from patients, using empathy and listening skills to learn about their medical history and fertility challenges. This role is focused on helping patients achieve their dreams of having a family by coordinating fertility plans and medications with both patients and physicians. It emphasizes resolving customer issues, ensuring 100% follow-up, and accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details. The position is described as a meaningful customer service role within a company that genuinely cares about people.

Requirements

  • Valid CPhT license (if residing in AZ)
  • Valid MA Tech license (if residing in MA)
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
  • Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts
  • If working from home, internet connection must be through cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients and learn about their medical history and challenges with fertility.
  • Work with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring process efficiency.
  • Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
  • Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information.
  • Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action.
