About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility, helping them achieve their dreams of having a family. This role is not an average customer service job, as it focuses on truly caring for people. Requirements

If residing in AZ – a valid CPhT license
If residing in MA – a valid MA Tech license
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
High School Diploma or GED required
PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts
If working from home, internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

Work with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information.
Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action.
