The Referral Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the coordination and continuity of patient care by managing the referral and insurance authorization processes for new patients, diagnostic testing, and hospital admissions. This position is responsible for completing patient registration, verifying financial and insurance information, and updating billing systems accordingly to ensure seamless service delivery.
