Responsibilities
- Scheduling orthopedic referrals received from partnering healthcare organizations in Utah County
- Effectively coordinating scheduling information with patient and doctors staff to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed
- Handling each call with exemplary customer service skills
- Assisting in other tasks as assigned by manager
