The Referral Specialist reports to the Practice Manager and is responsible for coordinating effective and efficient patient flow by scheduling appointments and admissions to the Partial Hospital Program. This role involves obtaining proper insurance information, contacting patients with appointment details, and ensuring all required information is forwarded according to practice protocols. The specialist tracks patient status within the referral process to ensure timely contact.
