Referral Representative
About The Position
The Referral Representative, under minimal supervision, is responsible for ensuring that all appointments, tests, procedures and surgeries are scheduled in a timely manner; that all required referrals and authorizations are in place per practice/system procedures and that registration information is complete and accurate. Position serves as a liaison for practice with patients, departments, healthcare providers and insurance companies. The Referral Representative is part of a multifunctional team charged with the responsibility of provider efficient and process access.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 1 Year Administrative Required
