About The Position

As a Referral Queue Scheduler for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients who are referred to our practice and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for taking calls in the Referral Queue and ensure that patients are scheduled correctly or transferred to their intended location.

This position offers great opportunity for growth and cross-training within our Registration department.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls in the Referral Queue
• Ensure that patients are scheduled correctly
• Ensure patients are transferred to their intended location
