About The Position

Under the direction of the Chapter Executive Director, the Therapy Matcher Referral Clinician works closely with the Director, Clinical Practice and the Assistant Director, Therapy Matcher to facilitate referral services to Therapy Matcher member clinicians and to those seeking referral support.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to utilize online database and web-based searches
• Solid clinical and assessment skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Detailed oriented and the ability to think critically.
• MSW
• LICSW or LCSW
• Knowledge of database platforms
• Minimum of 5 years experience in social work practice with some clinical and assessment experience

Responsibilities

• Monitors and responds to calls and emails to Therapy Matcher (TM) referral support line
• Assesses general clinical needs of callers and provides appropriate referral possibilities from TM online database
• Researches community resources, as needed
• Communicates with other TM staff to coordinate scheduling and referral support
• Other duties as assigned
