Were looking for an Referral and Enrollment Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and helping families access services as smoothly as possible. The Early Intervention Referral and Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing all new referrals to the Early Intervention division. This role ensures accurate and timely entry of referral and demographic data into required systems, schedules intake and initial evaluation appointments meeting Department of Public Health (DPH) timelines, verifies initial insurance eligibility, and supports enrollment processes. The coordinator also analyzes referral data to identify trends and issues, providing actionable insights to the Division Director.
