Job Description Summary We’re hiring a Cocktail Server for the iconic Redwood Room at The Clift Royal Sonesta—one of San Francisco’s most historic and design-forward cocktail lounges. This is currently a Friday and Saturday evening position (approximately 5:00 PM–midnight), with the potential for additional shifts as business demands. This is a union position and requires a polished, professional presence with a strong sense of urgency and guest awareness. The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering seamless, attentive beverage and small plate service in a high-energy, upscale lounge environment. Success in this role means reading the room, staying ahead of guest needs, and providing consistent, attentive service while working effectively with the team during busy shifts. Requirements
