About The Position

Provides SES-equivalent independent cross-functional review for Aviation domain solicitations.

Requirements

• Recognized expert (SES-equivalent or retired O-6/industry executive) in Aviation acquisition.
• Extensive RFP review and technical assessment experience; strong documentation and briefing skills.
• Ability to provide independent industry perspective (Black Hat) when requested.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess solicitation packages for aviation systems; identify risks, gaps, and cost/schedule/performance issues.
• Consolidate functional data collection; rank comments (critical, substantive, administrative).
• Support configuration/data management of comments and contribute to Government out-briefs.
