We are currently hiring for: Job Title: Recycling tech Job Summary: In a team environment, the operator is expected to maintain the area in a safe and efficient manner, following all good housekeeping standards set by the department. This position operates in a cooler environment, where the temperatures average less than 40 degrees and housekeeping is critical to the success of the plant. The operator will inspect waste through the recycling room and maintain three bailers loading into trailers for transport. Compensation Details: Hourly rate of pay is $20.25 plus $1.50 shift premium Primary Responsibilities Housekeeping Inventory control Documentation Set up/Tear down Operate dumpers/equipment Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
1 to 6 months of similar experience is required.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
Work extended hours, weekends and overtime if needed.
Must have basic math skills
Must be safety, quality and efficiency minded.
Documentation practices
Must be able to read/use measuring devices.
Interaction with chemicals.
Exposure to raw meat
Exposure to cold (<40 degrees).
Must be able to problem solve.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
