The Recycling and Customer Support Coordinator plays a key role in managing our reclaim and warranty processes while delivering exceptional support to customers and internal teams. This role combines logistics coordination, administrative oversight, and direct customer interaction to ensure materials are reclaimed, evaluated, and compensated efficiently. In addition to supporting multiple departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Freight, and Shipping & Receiving, the Coordinator works closely with the Director of Sustainability to support and enhance our environmental initiatives.
