About The Position

Recycling employees are responsible for maintaining a clean building while processing cardboard, Styrofoam, and plastic in our recycling department.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to operate machines
• Ability to work in a team format
• Ability to stay productive without constant supervision
• The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Safety toe footwear is required.

Responsibilities

• Process cardboard using the cardboard bailer
• Process plastic using the plastic bailer
• Process Styrofoam using the Styrofoam machine
• Collect recycling throughout the DC using a tugger and rolling plates.
• Separate recycling before processing
• Complete safety training class on all machines
