The Recruitment Specialist/Staff Assistant- Extra Help positions will fulfill staffing needs within the Administrative Services Department of the Registrar of Voters. Job duties for the Recruitment Specialist/Staff Assistant - Extra Help may include: Reviewing applicants to move through recruitment Making packets for interviews Contacting candidates to schedule interviews Conducting interviews Making conditional job offers Tracking offer status Assisting with onboarding of new hires Assist with processing of new hires into the county database Reviews documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with procedures prior to entry Understand and adhere to confidentiality guidelines Other administrative duties as assigned
