As our Recruitment & Pre-Employment Coordinator, responsibilities will center on clerical and administrative work such as sensitive data entry and validation, digital file management, and collaborating with team members regarding process follow-ups. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, and overall understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong work ethic and phone etiquette
  • Good communication skills, emphasizing both informal and professional written communication
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 2-year degree, or higher, preferred
  • CDK DMS experience is beneficial but not required
  • An interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our Job Board
  • Maintaining our company LinkedIn page
  • Scheduling and coordinating dealership training
  • Assisting with sending candidate outbound messaging
  • Assisting with sourcing candidates and conducting intake calls
  • Confirming interviews
  • Assisting in scheduling Interviews
  • Ownership of our high-volume Pre-Employment processing:
  • Process pre-employment checks (Background, Motor Vehicle, Drug Screens) and input results via our HRIS platform
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they follow pre-employment approval steps
  • Assisting the HRIS Manager with 3rd party database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.)
  • Assist the HR Team with Administrative work and projects
  • Digital Employee File management
