Responsibilities

  • Oversees a number of complex & diverse logistics across Talent Acquisition which impact candidate experience including staff and leadership site visits, housing & transportation, employee & agency onboarding and compliance supporting ACHC readiness
  • Responsible for meeting onboarding time metrics and strong candidate & stakeholder communication supported through the following processes:
  • Organization-wide onboarding of new hires & transfers, including remote workers
  • Coordination of rapid hire process for high turnover areas, which allows for expedited starts prior to completion of all hiring requirements in areas without access to patient information
  • Responsible for logistics leading up to candidate selection:
  • Organization-wide interview scheduling support
  • Coordination of site visit logistics & reimbursement of finalists for staff, manager & director roles - including hotel reservations, welcome baskets, community tour, itinerary support, etc...
  • Responsible for logistics post-arrival:
  • Seasonal transportation for international cohorts & managing a team of KH-employed drivers
  • Community onboarding for international cohorts - US-based appointments (Social Security Administration, BVM, house & car searches, weekly leadership meetings, etc...)
  • Coordination of housing for year-round development programs & the international program which includes leases for 20+ apartments & houses
  • Responsible for compliance supporting career pathways exploration & business partnerships:
  • Organization-wide job shadowing & student tours
  • Maintaining & updating affiliation agreements with 3rd party organizations which allows KH to be a clinical site for students
  • Compliance for non-KH employees to work with KH, including agency, consultants and Wright Patterson AFB clinical partnerships
