About The Position

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you’ll shape how candidates discover, engage with, and experience the Applied Materials employer brand. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring teams to translate hiring needs into compelling stories, campaigns, and content that attract and convert top talent. This role blends strategy, creativity, and analytics—ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable recruitment marketing programs and continuously improving the candidate journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–7 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction
  • Experience designing creative assets and ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven experience creating candidate-facing content that drives engagement and conversion
  • Hands-on experience managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social, email, and/or paid media channels
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience using data and insights to measure performance and inform decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing B2B companies who do not have a consumer brand
  • Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, Radancy, and/or other recruitment marketing platforms
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to hiring priorities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Corporate Communications, external agencies, vendors, and creative designers
  • Create and optimize candidate-facing content, including job descriptions, career site content, social posts, email campaigns, and talent landing pages
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and position opportunities clearly and compellingly
  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing channels, including organic and paid social, job boards, and talent communities
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across all candidate touchpoints
  • Stay current on industry and recruitment marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously test and improve programs
