The Recruitment Marketing Manger is an individual contributor role instrumental in supporting our internal Talent Acquisition Teams to deliver best in class recruitment services to our RPO clients across North America, Europe, and South America. The ideal candidate will be in the United States eastern time zone. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with our internal talent acquisition team to ensure that the Korn Ferry brand is responsibly, creatively, and competitively represented to candidates. In addition, this individual will assist with the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse work force for the organization.
