Akima is seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing and Events Manager to elevate our employer brand, attract top talent nationwide and support internal senior-level events. This will be a dual role combining both recruitment marketing and event management. These objectives will be accomplished through implementing marketing, technology, and event management positioning Akima as an employer of choice in the federal contracting and government services space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for event coordination, storytelling, AI-driven content, social media engagement, and overall implementation. You’ll work closely with MarCom, HR, recruiting and operations teams to develop innovative recruitment campaigns, create compelling marketing materials, and enhance Akima’s presence at job fairs, industry functions and internal employee events. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and creative skills.
