About The Position

Looking to make an immediate impact in recruiting? Goodwill is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 90-day temporary assignment to support high-volume hiring. This role offers the opportunity to become permanent based on performance and business needs.  Goodwill is looking for someone who is energized by building relationships, improving hiring processes, and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and communities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • On-site Monday - Friday
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Safety-sensitive role requiring drug testing
  • Evening/weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly
  • Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Extend offers and support onboarding through ADP
  • Assist with new hire orientation (virtual or in-person)
  • Maintain accurate, compliant hiring records
  • Track vacancies and recruiting metrics
