As a Recruitment Consultant, you will drive business growth by matching top talent with leading clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and deep-dive interviews to negotiating with CEOs and providing long-term aftercare. This role offers high autonomy in prospecting and building a strong personal and corporate brand.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and demonstrates a strong result-oriented mindset.
  • Possesses previous experience in recruitment or sales with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Features excellent communication skills in Dutch, with the ability to network and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to companies, supporting their growth by finding and placing high-quality candidates.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including vacancy writing, candidate interviewing, and long-term placement follow-up.
  • Engage in proactive business development and negotiation with decision-makers like CEOs and HR managers to expand the client base.
