We are seeking a Recruitment & Business Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment activities globally for Alpha’s Strategy & Deals (S&D) business. This role is heavily recruitment-focused, with complementary business and operational support responsibilities that create a varied, high-impact role. The primary recruitment markets are North America and the UK, and you will work closely with Alpha’s global recruitment team while receiving direct mentoring and oversight from a North America–based recruiter. This is a 6‑month contract role with potential to extend. The S&D team delivers high‑impact advisory services to financial services organizations, combining deep industry expertise with rigorous analytical capabilities to help clients shape corporate strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and execute mergers and acquisitions. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited by ownership, coordination, and exposure to both recruitment and broader business operations. Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including (but not limited to) agency recruitment, recruiting operations, or recruiting coordination.
