About The Position

The Recruitment Assistant/Coordinator will provide support to the company’s recruitment function. This contract position will primarily support processes around candidate sourcing and pre-screening. This is a hands-on role supporting recruiting operations and candidate experience while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Schedule 20-25 hours per week

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 2 or more years of experience as an Assistant, Coordinator, or other Recruiting support role.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Early Career or Campus Recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another ATS/CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Screen applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for internal and external candidates.
  • Schedule remote or in-person interviews and oversee preparation of hiring and selection materials.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
