We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Training Specialist to support our growing civil construction operations . This role is critical in attracting skilled trades, field crews, and project staff while ensuring all employees are properly trained, compliant, and job-ready.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and training within civil construction or related trades
• Strong understanding of site-based workforce requirements and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both site and office teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with HR, recruitment, or training systems is an advantage.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for civil construction roles including operators, laborers, supervisors, engineers, and project staff.
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to forecast workforce needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, site inductions, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs covering safety, skills development, and company procedures.
• Maintain training records, licenses, competencies, and certifications.
• Support safety and compliance training in line with industry and regulatory standards
• Assist with apprenticeship, upskilling, and workforce development initiatives.
