About The Position

The Recruitment and Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier caregivers, while also promoting employee engagement and retention. This position will support the HR Director in implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and fostering a positive and supportive culture for our caregiving team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or caregiver staffing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• Passion for working in the home care industry and supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
• Source and screen candidates for caregiver roles.
• Schedule and conduct phone interviews and in-person orientation.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation in partnership with HR.
• Support and implement caregiver appreciation initiatives and recognition programs.
• Conduct periodic check-ins and stay interviews with current employees.
• Assist in organizing staff events and engagement campaigns.
• Gather caregiver feedback and collaborate with HR to improve employee satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records.
• Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and engagement efforts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Director.
