This role is ideal for someone interested in recruiting or talent acquisition who is looking for work that flexes based on business needs, rather than a set weekly schedule. Hours will be scheduled within standard business hours and may vary week to week depending on hiring activity, candidate volume, and team priorities. This is a great fit for someone who wants exposure to recruiting without committing to a traditional full time or fixed part time role.

Requirements

  • Flexibility & Availability - Available to provide on call, as needed support during standard business hours as hiring demand changes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Availability during standard business hours on a flexible, as needed basis

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and screening of entry level candidates as hiring needs arise
  • Assist with building and maintaining candidate networks, including college recruiting activities
  • Help prepare candidates for interviews by sharing information on roles, companies, and expectations
  • Maintain positive relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Assist with reference checks and documentation
  • Help manage recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking tools
  • Partner with Account Managers and internal team members to support active searches
  • Review resumes for relevant skills and experience
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to support recruitment efforts in compliance with staffing requirements
