Job Overview Docketly is hiring a results-driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 recruiters in a high-volume Legal staffing environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring accountability to KPIs, and developing recruiters to consistently meet production, quality, and margin goals.

Requirements

2–4 years leading teams in high-volume recruiting or staffing
Proven track record of meeting aggressive production targets
Experience coaching recruiters to improve performance and output
Strong understanding of staffing metrics, margins, and loss prevention
Data-driven with experience using KPIs and dashboards
Comfortable in high-accountability, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership
Ability to balance speed and quality
Experience developing talent and building team strength
Clear, direct communicator with a focus on results

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of high-volume recruiters, ensuring strong daily performance
Drive production across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics
Own and track KPIs including placements, coverage, margin, and loss prevention
Run daily stand-ups and performance reviews to maintain accountability
Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed, and candidate quality
Monitor losses, drops, and margin adherence to meet company standards
Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and coverage strategy
Enforce approval processes for cancellations and losses
Improve and scale recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency
Develop top performers and address underperformance quickly
Collaborate closely with operations and account management teams
