Requirements

Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work and communicate well with others, sense of urgency, self-starter and have a professional demeanor and appearance. Confidentiality is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Dependable with good attendance.
Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple tasks, be a strong team player and the ability to work successfully with others at all levels within the organization.
Able to communicate at all levels of the organization, maintain confidentiality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic professional with a win/win interpersonal style and the tenacity and conviction to overcome conflict.
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of recruiting experience required
