The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a high-volume pipeline of qualified clinical talent to support hiring needs. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives across regional and national markets, using a variety of channels including ATS platforms, job boards, social networks, niche sites, and direct outreach to engage both active and passive candidates. As a subject matter expert in talent sourcing, you will apply best practices and innovative techniques to enhance candidate generation efforts. You will also collaborate with internal partners to identify new sourcing opportunities—such as partnerships with professional associations and academic institutions—and contribute to projects aimed at improving recruiting processes, tools, and technology.
