You are experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment and building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates. You thrive in a collaborative environment, maintain high standards of compliance and quality, and are committed to delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience, managing full-cycle recruitment activities including high-volume sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience recruiting for operational roles, such as retail, store operations, warehouse, distribution, or similar high-volume environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned job requisitions and deliver end-to-end recruitment support for clients
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job postings, referrals, college programs, career fairs, and passive sourcing strategies
  • Identify and engage passive talent using market intelligence, SEO strategies, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional associations
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the candidate experience and support timely, high-quality hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate hiring records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Support hiring across multiple job profiles (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing) in line with market norms and agreed ways of working
  • Monitor recruitment activity, service levels, and productivity, driving continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists, Process Experts, and broader Accenture teams to meet client expectations
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure consistent delivery, quality standards, and continuity of recruitment services
