We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Recruiting Sales Assistant to work alongside our Recruiting Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a successful Staffing Agency and learn the ropes. The right candidate has the potential to grow into a full time Recruiter or Sales Rep.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling sales appointments
- Prepare and post jobs
- Scheduling interviews
- Drafting emails
- Answering phone calls and screening to correct department
- Scan documents
- Reaching out to local companies for staffing needs
- Recording calls onto a spreadsheet and inputting in CRM
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
- Participate in job fairs and networking eventsâ
